✨ Yoga for Midterm Balance ✨
Take a break from the stress of midterms and join us for a relaxing yoga session designed just for College of Fine Arts students, led by our very own, Dr. Cara Chowning from the School of Music. 

🧘 When: September 26th from 1-2 pm
📍 Where: Schmidt-Wilson Hall MPR 
🪷 What to Expect: Gentle movement, guided breathing, and time to recharge your mind and body. Come for the whole session or drop in whenever you need a moment of calm.

Mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. No experience needed—just wear something comfortable and bring yourself.

Come breathe, stretch, and reset—you deserve it!
